About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty required License: Rad Tech License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required Must-Have: - Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT before start, pending license ok at submission. - Level 1 experience preferred. - EKG onboarding exam required. - Call requirements: 1 late call per week, 1 call shift per week, 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule. - Preferred: Experience with Philips Single and Bi Plane Angiography. - Required: Experience with Epic EHR, McKesson. - Must be compliant with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements, with medical or religious exemptions only. Description: Job IDs: 3287319 & 3323642. Candidates must have a Rad Tech License in Kentucky. Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications. PALS is not needed at the time of submission but must be obtained before the start date. Candidates will be required to take an EKG onboarding exam. Shifts will consist of four 10-hour workdays from 07:00 to 17:30. Call obligations include one late call and one overnight call each week, plus one to two call weekends during a six-week period. Preferred experience includes working with Philips Single and Bi Plane Angiography systems. Required experience includes utilizing Epic EHR and McKesson. Local candidates living within 75 miles are not eligible for this position. Candidates will float within the facility or to an affiliate hospital as needed. Rehire eligibility will be checked weekly; prior employment eligibility may affect the hiring process. Modules will be completed during orientation, and additional training requirements may apply.
