The Software QA Engineer will support the development, testing, integration, and release of software and hardware systems for Panasonic Avionics products. This position is responsible for validating software functionality, performing testing activities, documenting results, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Create and execute test cases and test plans
• Perform regression and integration testing
• Validate software releases and system functionality
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Support software release activities
• Maintain testing environments and test configurations
• Document testing results and communicate findings
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 1+ year of software testing, software engineering, or systems testing experience
• Experience working within Linux/Unix environments
• Familiarity with Android-based systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating test cases and documenting testing results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
