Site Supervisor
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our security team. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of management principles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure tasks are completed on time and every shift is fully covered. You’ll need to communicate effectively with contractors and team members to keep operations running smoothly on-site.
Responsibilities include managing daily site operations ensuring schedules and deadlines are met, supervising and coordinating security officers, enforcing OSHA safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, addressing issues promptly, and fostering a collaborative environment with staff and clients. Supervisors must also be ready to cover shifts in the event of call-offs or emergencies.
Shift 4 pm–12 am, $17.52/hour.
