Up to $140,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $2,000

Signing Bonus Available

Up to $2,000 based on experience and skill level

• Up to $1,000 paid after 30 days
• Remaining bonus paid over your first year:
• Up to $250 at 90 days
• Up to $250 at 180 days
• Up to $250 at 270 days
• Up to $250 at 365 days

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles
• Handle electrical, drivability, and complex issues
• Complete repairs correctly the first time
• Communicate clearly with service advisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience (8+ years for top-level candidates)

• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability)

• Able to repair without trial-and-error parts replacement

• Own standard hand tools (shop provides specialty and diagnostic equipment)

• ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, professional, team-oriented

• Valid driver's license & ability to lift 45 lbs
