Location: Cambridge, MN Wage: $19.00 – $23.00/hr. (depending on experience) Hours: 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday – Thursday (enjoy 3-day weekends every week!) Duties of the truss assembly maintenance technician:

Perform routine preventive machine maintenance, including lubrication and greasing

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues across production and assembly machinery

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete shop equipment repairs

Strictly follow equipment maintenance procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and shop safety protocols

Partner with production teams to keep machinery running smoothly and minimize downtime

Requirements of the truss assembly maintenance technician:

Basic mechanical aptitude or prior experience working with hand and power tools is a plus

Dependable, safety-conscious attitude with a strong attendance record

High school diploma or GED equivalent
