The core responsibilities of this role include: Customer Support & ETA Communication: Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate ETAs, shipment visibility, and order status for parts. Exception Management & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve missing parts, cage discrepancies, shortages, and transit delays by working closely with PXD/PDC operations, transportation, and receiving sites. Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Monday-Friday Pay: $20.35 per hour Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance attendance bonus. In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Cross-Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation and identify recurring issues related to transloading, routing, or site handoffs, escalating trends to leadership to improve performance Role Purpose: Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. Key Accountabilities: Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records and update account information. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred Our organization is an equal opportunity employer.
