Make a difference this school year by bringing your expertise as a School Psychologist or Teacher for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students to a vibrant K-12 community. This part-time, contract opportunity allows you to collaborate with dedicated educators and support diverse learners, beginning as soon as possible through the end of the academic year. Working 2-3 days per week, you’ll have the chance to foster growth, enhance access, and empower students to reach their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure in School Psychology or as a Teacher for Deaf/Hard of Hearing
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP guidelines and special education processes
• Compassionate communication and advocacy skills for students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet unique student needs
• Collaborative spirit and the desire to work cross-functionally within a school network

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create meaningful interventions for student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, or in need of psychological services
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding best practices in classroom management, inclusive education, and behavioral strategies
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, families, and school personnel
