We have an opportunity here that doesn’t come with a ceiling. You’ll be the front line of our company, generating your own deals and running your own pipeline in the field. You won’t be stuck in an office chasing dead-end leads, and you'll have one of the best teams guiding you to success. You’ll be out building relationships, helping homeowners, and getting paid big every time you close.

• Our average reps earn $100k–$250k+
• Top-tier commissions (way above what other roofing companies pay)
• Monthly bonuses for top performance (close rate, total sales, self-gen deals)
• Daily cash incentives for things like 3 deal hat tricks
• We operate on a “sign and drive” model once the contract is signed, our back-end team handles the rest so you can keep selling more deals
