Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans using GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0, following protocol orders to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients, screen for implants or contraindications, and administer contrast as required.
• Adjust imaging parameters and sequences to optimize image quality and minimize artifacts; review images for technical adequacy.
• Maintain strict patient safety practices and MRI safety guidelines; monitor patient comfort during scanning.
• Collaborate with another MRI Tech or Tech Aide; travel assignments require not working solo and on-call after midnight as needed.
• Document procedures and results in Meditech Expanse; ensure accurate labeling and timely communication of findings to the clinical team.

Requirements

• 2+ years MRI experience (current) and ARRT MR Certification
• GE MRI equipment experience; Meditech Expanse experience preferred
• Must have own vehicle; perm address must be on file in profile
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings; on-call as needed
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• RTO requests must be included in profile at submission; requests after offer may be rescinded
