Registered Nurse - ICU and Stepdown - Full Time Nights Weekend Option

Seeking a registered nurse to provide complex patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive assessments by gathering data from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Analyzing data to determine diagnoses and care priorities. Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes. Developing and implementing individualized care plans with evidence-based strategies. Ensuring patient safety, coordinating care, and evaluating progress toward goals. Maintaining current knowledge, practicing effectively, and communicating clearly with team members and patients. Applying clinical judgment, critical thinking, and scientific evidence to deliver age-appropriate nursing care. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. At least one year of registered nursing experience. Valid RN license in the state of practice. Relevant certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC, depending on the state. Skills And Physical Requirements Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and data entry.
