Positions include two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician, all working day shifts. Located in the Jupiter area near West Palm Beach, FL, this contract role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals skilled in pharmacy operations and IV preparation.


Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician with a focus on IV pharmacy compounding
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, sterile compounding techniques, and safety protocols
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Leadership experience required for the Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician position

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and compound intravenous medications according to established protocols
• Ensure compliance with sterile technique and infection control standards
• Manage inventory and supplies specific to the IV Pharmacy area
• For the Lead Technician, oversee IV room workflow, mentor staff, and maintain quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare teams to meet patient medication needs efficiently
