Malama Kai Technologies is seeking a Key Personnel Senior Intelligence Analyst to support all-source intelligence analysis for a sensitive Department of Defense or Intelligence Community program. In this role you will discover, analyze, and fuse information from across the intelligence disciplines, identify intelligence gaps, and generate collection requirements that inform operational planning, targeting, and strategic assessments. You will de-conflict complex reporting from multiple intelligence streams and deliver analytic products that support Government decision-makers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Play a critical part in the intelligence cycle by discovering, analyzing, and fusing information from all intelligence disciplines.
• Conduct multi-source intelligence fusion and threat analysis: research, analyze, interpret, and de-conflict complex information from multiple intelligence streams.
• Identify critical intelligence gaps and generate formal intelligence collection requirements.
• Produce analytic products and assessments that support operational planning, targeting, and strategic assessments.
• Apply Intelligence Community databases and analytic tools to conduct all-source analysis.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders to synchronize analysis and report findings.
• Proficiency with Intelligence Community databases and analytic tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least fifteen (15) years of progressive, professional experience in intelligence analysis or other related fields  
• Six (6) years must pertain specifically to the labor category, while the remaining experience must pertain to a related labor category. 
• Ability to comprehensively support tasks as they pertain to intelligence analysis.
• Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) principles.
• Experience determining the operational validity of a unit's risk management tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Knowledge of open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more Combatant Command (CCMD) areas of responsibility (AORs).
• Experience with techniques applied to identity management methodologies.
• Experience supporting operational planning, targeting, or strategic assessments.

• Completion of one or more of the following JCITA courses:
  • Fundamentals of Sensitive Support
  • Advanced Planners Course
  • Advanced Technicians Course
  • Due Diligence Course

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, STEM or a related field 
  • Six (6) years of additional work experience related to the labor may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree 
  • Associate’s degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree 

Security Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for that clearance level.

Citizenship

• US Citizenship required.

Travel

• Within the NCR as needed, less than 10%

Work Location and Environment

• This role is on site daily at a government facility located at Fort Washington, MD.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, clearance level, contract requirements, and work location.
