SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking highly skilled, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout the Magnolia, TX area. We are not simply looking for someone to complete daily tasks. Position Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical in-home support that promotes independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, client-centered in-home care Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when needed Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Observe, document, and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs Follow individualized care plans and company policies Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment Qualifications & Attributes We are looking for caregivers who demonstrate: Compassion - A genuine desire to care for and support others Dependability - Consistent attendance and reliability that clients and families can trust Professionalism - A commitment to excellence and high-quality care Patience and Respect - An understanding that each client has unique needs and preferences Strong Observation Skills - The ability to recognize and communicate changes promptly Caregiving Experience - Confidence in providing personal care and assistance Positive Attitude - Bringing encouragement, kindness, and optimism into every home Commitment - Understanding the importance of continuity and consistency in caregiving relationships Why Join SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe?
