As a member of our team at Nick Ainsworth State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations. We are rapidly growing and looking for another competitive sales team member. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and day to day sales You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You push yourself to win every day! ABOUT ME:
I began my career with State Farm in a position just like this one, and then opened my own agency. I am very active in the daily operations of my agency and always dishing out high fives for our team's success. I love seeing each member of my team succeed and then how we all succeed as a team. For the first time in my life, this agency has given me an opportunity to enjoy coming to work. We participate in community events and may local organizations. My wife & I have two young boys and live in the 80108. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- We train in office!
- I expect drive and performance on a daily basis
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs & to effectively relate to a customer
All team members must be licensed in:
- Property
- Casualty
- Life
- Health
