Nurse Practitioner

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice serving patients with special needs. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations Perform physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop care plans Prescribe medications as appropriate Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, caregivers, and community resources Work closely with patients and families to address complex medical, behavioral, and developmental needs while promoting continuity of care and patient advocacy Maintain accurate medical documentation Review laboratory and diagnostic results Provide patient and caregiver education Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of practice Experience working with pediatric or adult patients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, or other special needs populations (preferred but not required) Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team #J-18808-Ljbffr
