Experienced Bartenders and Servers needed for popular Sports Bar!

Job Description

We are seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our popular sports bar team. Ideal candidates are passionate about providing professional and fun service in a lively, fast-paced environment, working as part of a large team to deliver excellent customer experiences during regular weekend, late-night, holiday, and event shifts.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Stay knowledgeable about menu items to assist customers

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of bartending and serving experience
Strong cash handling skills
Excellent customer service aptitude
Familiarity with POS systems
Effective communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
