Forklift Driver I 2nd Shift
Location: 1518 Main Street, Altavista, VA 24517
Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Duration: 10-12 Months
Pay Rate: $16.99/hr (W2)
Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies safely around the facility
Stack, stage, and position materials for storage, shipment, and production use
Perform basic pre-operation equipment checks and report any safety or maintenance issues
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and site procedures at all times
Support team members with material handling as needed What You'll Need Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience: 0 1 year of forklift / powered industrial truck experience (training available)
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklift, elevating platform, bucket)
Ability to lift and move materials and stay on your feet for the shift
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well independently and on a team
