Route Sales Representative

Job Details 50 hours per week; Off days fluctuate (approximately 2 days off per week). Responsible for covering call‑offs and vacations. Compensation Target earnings: $63,800 per year. Retention bonus: $3,000 paid within 2 years of employment (based on performance and eligibility). Overview Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Here is a summary of your frequent tasks: Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training. Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment. Our operations run 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. This is a physically demanding role; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
