Arcade Associate

Please note you MUST hold a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially opening and closing shifts, are preferred. Essential Duties Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine whether their needs are met. Maintain inventory levels in amusement games. Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes. Respond responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests. Answer phone calls for all general inquiries. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Non-Essential Duties Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies. Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies. Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways in departmental work processes. Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Work Environment Work in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity are expected. Noise level is usually loud. Physical Demands Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times; handle and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required. Benefits 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week. 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included). 1 hour of karaoke or billiards per week. 50% discount on food items per working shift. 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.
