Business Development / Outside Sales – Architectural Stone & Hardscape Location: Confidential (Westchester, NY | CT | Hamptons | NJ Territory) | Full-Time We’re seeking a proven architectural stone / masonry sales professional to step into a high-impact field role managing premium residential and commercial projects across the Northeast. This role is ideal for a self-driven hunter who builds a pipeline from the ground up , thrives in field-based sales, and knows how to win business with contractors, builders, and industry professionals. Projects include high-end residential builds, luxury outdoor spaces, and large-scale commercial developments . Why You'll Love This Job: $100K base + commission + strong bonus potential + company vehicle Excellent benefits package Strong training culture and long-term growth mindset Opportunity to work in premium markets including Westchester, CT, the Hamptons, and NJ High-autonomy field role with strong internal support and established reputation What You'll Do: Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and field-based outreach Build relationships with contractors, builders, and industry professionals Manage job site engagement and client-facing sales activity across active projects Conduct on-site visits, job walks, and client meetings Perform measurements and blueprint takeoffs as neededPrepare quotes, proposals, and close new business Manage accounts through order coordination and delivery follow-up Represent the company across your territory in a client-facing, field-based role Must-Have Qualifications: Stone, masonry, hardscape, or fabrication experience (required) Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business Comfortable working on the road full-time across assigned territory Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily Preferred: Experience in architectural stone, hardscape, or building materials sales Background working with high-end residential and/or commercial clients Familiarity with blueprint reading and takeoffs Additional Details: This is a field-based, high-impact sales role covering Westchester, CT, the Hamptons, and NJ , focused on architectural stone and hardscape projects .
