Pay Range: $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient therapy team in Winterset, Iowa .

This position is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys patient-focused care, flexible scheduling, and working in a supportive outpatient clinic environment. The team provides individualized therapy services and focuses on helping patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life.

Millennium Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-managed organization providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across Iowa. Their Winterset clinic offers outpatient therapy services to the local community and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatment to a general outpatient rehab caseload.
• Complete patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and progress updates.
• Use independent clinical judgment to guide treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment goals, home programs, and functional progress.
• Participate in the clinical team process.
• Support clinical program development.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, technicians, students, or other clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good time management, organization, and analytical skills.
