We employ 1,000+ people nationwide and foster a collaborative culture where you’ll have the support and tools to grow.Is this you?Do you excel at finding the root cause of equipment failures—and fixing them fast?Can you read electrical schematics, work confidently with low and high voltage, and diagnose motors and controls?Are you fluent in pneumatics, hydraulics, and pump systems?Do PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and solid-state controls feel like home turf?Can you weld, solder, and handle basic plumbing and carpentry when it counts?Are you comfortable accessing every corner of a plant and its grounds to get the job done?What you’ll doProactively seek out and resolve issues across packaging and process equipment.Operate, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging machinery.Service and rebuild pumps using sound pump theory.Apply pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge to maintain reliability.Diagnose and repair electrical power and control circuits, including PLC-controlled/solid-state equipment.Conduct machine safety inspections and maintain facility support systems (steam, hot water, compressed air, refrigeration).Identify and order replacement parts from manuals and prints; document clear written and verbal updates.What you’ll needHigh school diploma or GED; or 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience/training; or an equivalent blend of education and experience.Minimum 5 years directly supporting the functions listed above.Proficiency in: PLC troubleshooting and programming; electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; hydraulics; industrial automation troubleshooting; machine safety inspections; and manufacturing best practices.Ability to pass the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with a score of 60% or higher.Tools and tech you’ll work withMIG/TIG/Stick Welders; Manual Plasma Cutter (Miller)Manual Grinder (Kent); Band Saw; Belt SanderManual Lathe (Clausing); Manual Vertical Mill (Bridgeport)PLCs (Fanuc, Allen Bradley); HMI; VFDs; Servo MotorsVision Systems (Keyence, Banner)Conveyor Systems; Palletizer; Gluer; Box Folding MachineIndustrial Robot (Fanuc); Measurement GaugesOur cultureWe blend a heritage of flavor obsession with modern manufacturing discipline.
