Floor Care ManagerPeak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Floor Care Manager for our client in Greenville, SC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.Compensation and Benefits:$48,000-55,000 annual salaryPaid trainingIRA match after 1 yearOpportunities for advancementPer diem per day when travelingSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftDay shiftWeekend availabilityTravel is requiredOvernight staysEssential Functions:Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, different substrates, and window cleaningSupport management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment inside warehouse; report worn or broken equipment promptly.Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.Schedule recurring jobs and create schedule for floor techs.Train floor techs when needed.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of floor care experienceValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordEffective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small teamAbility to train staff on proper floor cleaning techniquesMobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periodsLift and push up to 60 lbsCarry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hourPerform repetitive push/pull cleaning motionsAbility to interact professionally with customers and team membersIndoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)Travel between job sites as requiredExposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipmentFlexible schedule- may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs Peak Workforce (Newbold) LLC
