• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.

• Current CA state license is a plus.
\n

• An acute care facility that is designated as the only Level II Trauma Center for Contra Costa County and portions of Solano County.
\n
• 554-bed hospital with a 44-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 65,000+.
\n
• High acuity and a geriatric center of excellence.
\n
• Sub-specialty cases include cardiac and peds.
\n
• Epic EMR with Dragon dictation.
\n
• John Muir Medical Center-Walnut Creek Campus is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), a national surveyor of quality patient care, is a STEMI receiving center, and an Accredited Stroke Center.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
