The MSB Sales Associates main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services, this includes: a) Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience; b) Following the training manuals and SOPs for the department core processes; c) Maintaining the required AML BSA certifications up to date; d) Recommending related products to increase customers options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas; e) Conducting and registering the transactions in the POS; f) Being accountable for the sales, cash, transactions, etc. recorded on their behalf.
