Quality Assurance Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITES (PRIMARY):

Specific responsibilities for this position are stated below but not limited to: Completion of internal environmental audits Tracking of Fire equipment/drills/needs Tracking of plan of corrections for internal/external audits Oversight of Weekly Manager’s Audits to identify any trends/needs Oversight of MSHN protocols Liaison with MSHN leadership for home needs/trends for quality care and environmental needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The following are minimum requirements for each position at Mid-South HealthNet Inc. / MSHN Enterprises LLC: Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s license or state ID Successful completion of a drug screen Background results within company standards (i.e. no assault, bodily harm, possession of weapons or drug charge) Must maintain professional nursing license Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first thirty days of employment. Certification must be repeated every 2 years. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills.
