Job Title: RN - OR Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital experience - BLS & ACLS certifications Description: Travel opportunity for an RN in the Operating Room. This position requires functioning in multiple service lines. Candidates will work with a team that includes Charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and anesthesia staff. The unit operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM with a total of 8 operating rooms and 25 staff members. Patient ratios are 1:1. The types of procedures performed include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac. Experience in transplant and spine is preferred. Strong teamwork skills with providers and staff are essential for this role. Candidates must be prepared to respond to on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time. Call schedules will vary and consist of mixed weekdays and weekends. This position is a great opportunity to work with experienced staff and new technologies.
