What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents Assist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing and hiring Provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with care standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans Monitor quality measures and participate in improvement initiatives Support education and training for staff as needed What We’re Looking For Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) on night shifts Schedule: Weekend Nights (Every Other Weekend) Status: Part-Time Pay: Competitive + Benefits Ready to make a difference in a supportive, family‑like environment?
