Outside Sales Account Executive

About the Job The Outside Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Joe Taylor Restoration. This role focuses on developing referral partnerships, expanding the customer base, and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. We are committed to delivering an Unmatched Service Experience® and are guided by our core values: Integrity Above All Accountability WOW Factor Personal & Professional Growth What You’ll Do Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, and other referral partners. Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow revenue. Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Monitor market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. Meet regularly with the Director of Sales to review performance and sales opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Work Environment This is a field-based outside sales position requiring regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and develop referral partnerships. Requirements Qualifications

- Minimum Experience: One to two (1–2) years of experience and/or training in outside sales
