As the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the franchise. You'll hire, train, and develop the franchise employees, impacting their future as much as yours, while ensuring our customers and clients receive the highest quality of work and are excited to refer us to others!SERVPRO of Buckeye offers:Competitive compensationSuperior benefitsCareer progressionProfessional developmentAnd more!Key responsibilities include:Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisionsCreate and maintain annual business plans and goalsDevelop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit marginLead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projectsEnsure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possibleEnsure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelinesRecruit, hire, train, and develop managers and staffPosition requirements include:High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred5+ years of management experienceAt least one year of restoration industry experience preferredIICRC certifications – WRT and ASD, Master designation a plusExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsStrong process and results driven attitudeAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applicationsSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies include:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsCompensation: $80,000.00 per year
