Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Coordinate all phases including foundation, structural, and finishes
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, and project team
- Track progress and provide updates using construction software
- Handle challenges related to occupied job site (owners on-site)

The Successful Applicant
What You Need
- 7-10+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential
- Strong background in custom homes and large-scale renovations
- Experience with structural work (foundation, shell/core preferred)
- Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, or AutoCAD
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage complex, phased projects
