Senior Payroll Administrator
Are you a payroll expert who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Compensation : 80,000 - 100,000 (DOE)
What You'll Do:
Process multi-state payroll from start to finish
- Multi-state processing for 3000+ employees in ADP Workforce Now
- Audit timekeeping records and payroll data
- Manage employee pay changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver outstanding support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel Required
- CPP certification preferred
- Detail-oriented professional with a commitment to integrity, service, and excellence
