Patient Care Scheduler & Reports Coordinator
Visiting Nurse Association Health Group
VNA Health Group in New Jersey seeks a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator to schedule visits, run reports in HCHB (Homecare Homebase), and maintain clear communication with clinicians, patients, and Patient Care Directors. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years of office experience (healthcare setting preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with HCHB is a plus, with excellent organization and customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr VNA Health Group
