Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced trust and estate litigation attorney for our Fort Myers and Naples, Florida location. The attorney in Naples will work directly for a doubly Florida Bar board certified attorney with more than thirty years of experience. We are looking for someone who can start within thirty (30) days. This is a great opportunity to move into a position with massive growth potential. In just a couple of years a well‑qualified applicant will have the opportunity to take over a dynamic and lucrative practice. The ideal attorney should be focused on trust, estate and guardianship administration and litigation. We do some planning, but that is not the focus of the practice. We are looking for someone who lives or wants to live in Southwest Florida and wants to become part of the community. Applicants with less than one (1) year of experience will not be considered. Applicants must be admitted to the Florida bar. Preferred candidates are local. Candidates should be organized, detail‑oriented, have a burning desire to succeed, practice ethically and thrive in a dynamic environment.
