CRM Automation Specialist

Gic BPO

At GIC BPO , we are looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in CRM automation who enjoys optimizing systems and improving customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and business performance
Build, implement, and maintain CRM automation workflows
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations
Provide day-to-day CRM support and continuous optimization

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM automation (Vendasta or GoHighLevel preferred)
C2 level English proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience working with CRM data
Sales or marketing experience is a plus
Project management experience is a plus

Tools Required

Fast and stable internet connection
Headset in good working condition
Camera for virtual meetings
Personal laptop

Schedule

Monday to Friday
20 hours per week
Schedule to be discussed
