We’re hiring a skilled, dependable HVAC Service Technician to join a growing home services team in Austin. This role is a great fit for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with homeowners, and being part of a team that values quality work and great customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine the best repair solutions
• Explain system concerns, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Provide professional, friendly service on every call
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Follow EPA requirements, company safety standards, and industry best practices
• Communicate with dispatch and service leadership to keep each job running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Certification required
• Previous residential HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
