Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic insurance sales professional to join our Affinity team at Marsh as a Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Consultant . This role will be based at a Marsh office location and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. It is an exciting, high-impact opportunity to engage with franchise owners within Marsh’s national-name accounts and play a critical role in driving business growth. Responsibilities Develop and manage a prospect list with the ability to prioritize lead and contact cycles, leveraging a strategic and data-driven sales approach . Maintain a sales funnel with the ability to move prospects close, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and conversion excellence . Build strong internal relationships with other sales professionals to share best practices, collaborate, and drive collective success in engaging franchise owners. Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning and adapting to evolving sales techniques, new insurance products, and dynamic market conditions. What you need to have 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance. Active Property & Casualty license. A consultative sales approach with a focus on solution-based selling and client-centric engagement . What makes you stand out Experience in Commercial or Small Business insurance sales, with a track record of building and expanding client portfolios . Knowledge of our sales experience focused on small business and/or franchise clients, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments . The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,900 to $137,200. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
