• Role: Mechanical Test Engineer (100% onsite)
• Looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on R&D mechanical testing experience.
• Must have close to 10 years of engineering/testing experience; medical device testing background preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Key expertise required:
• Environmental testing (temperature, humidity, altitude)
• Shock & vibration testing
• Reliability and limit testing
• Dust/water ingress testing
• Electrical/EMC/EMI testing
• Root cause analysis and design investigations
• Candidate should have experience with:
• Design Verification (DV) and Design Validation (DVT)
• Developing test protocols, test plans, and test fixtures
• Electromechanical system/subsystem testing
• Statistical knowledge related to testing/reliability
• Role will initially focus on Design Verification and later support Validation/B&B engineering activities.
• HM emphasized avoiding resumes filled with only buzzwords; candidates must be technically strong and able to clearly explain their experience during interviews.
• Candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally within test/reliability and project engineering teams.
