This role combines travel, technical expertise, and direct customer interaction, giving you the chance to help ensure Reiser’s equipment performs at its best, making a real difference in our customers' businesses. At Reiser, you'll be welcomed into a culture that values hard work, supports career growth, and is committed to the success of every employee.What You’ll DoUpon hire, you will enter the Reiser \"FIRST\" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s).Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.Spend approximately 60-80% of your time traveling within an assigned region to visit food production facilities, helping customers optimize their equipment.Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively.Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipmentWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.Customer-focused mindset.Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – in region by automobile or plane.Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.Why Reiser?Joining Reiser means more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be part of a company that values relationships, encourages team members to reach their potential, and is committed to ongoing success.
