Sr IT Analyst

Position Sr. IT Analyst – Full Time Permanent. Salary: $96,600–$144,900 plus 8% annual bonus. Way of Work: Hybrid – 3 days in office. Location: Columbus, OH (Preferred) or Merrillville, IN. Responsibilities Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations. Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, using presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories. Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions. Demonstrate strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate trends. Maintain a deep understanding of the application domain, including business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in fields related to data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, or business analysis with Power BI 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement processes 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Preferred Qualifications Experience with DAX, data modeling, dashboard publishing, and data transformation API integration from various data sources Prior experience with Power Automate Experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction languages Work Authorization Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
