Practice Manager - Brentwood

Job Title VETERINARY Practice Manager Overview Employment Type: Full‑Time. Pay range: $63,822 – $92,187 annually. Responsibilities In partnership with the chief of staff, manage day‑to‑day hospital operations to enable the medical team to focus on veterinary care. Develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. Ensure clients and patients have a positive experience when visiting the hospital. Help optimize the growth of both the medical practice and the corporate business. Train associates on how to educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs, and hospital services. Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices. Budget and plan for the hospital. Support daily operations and staff. Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.) including direct supervisory experience.
