• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the service department.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
