Kforce is partnering with a well-established company in the Greater Saint Louis, MO area to identify a Senior Corporate Recruiter.Summary:This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The role will support hiring across a diverse range of positions, from high-volume hourly manufacturing roles to salaried technical and professional positions, while also managing onboarding, recruiting partnerships, and employment compliance. • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly, professional, technical, and leadership positions
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source talent, manage interviews, and negotiate offers while promoting consistent hiring practices
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and external recruiting partnerships
• Oversee the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, ensuring a positive new hire experience and successful integration
• Maintain HR compliance by managing employment documentation, background checks, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness while supporting continuous process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
• Minimum or 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting both high-volume hourly and professional/technical roles
• Experience managing onboarding, HR compliance, and employment practices across the employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws and regulations
• Experience with Paycom is highly preferred; SHRM certification, agency management, and manufacturing or multi-site recruiting experience are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
