In need of 3 weeks of locum coverage per month - two weeks inpatient and one
week outpatient. The dates inpatient coverage is needed April through June are:
April 3 - April 9
April 24 - April 30
May 15 - May 28
June 5 - June 15
Inpatient hours are 8am-5pm with weeknight call. Outpatient hours are Mon.-Fri., 8am-5pm with 1-2
weeknights of call. Potential for occasional weekend call coverage, but will typically just be weeknights.
Locum can expect to perform 13-14 outpatient procedures per day. Locum must be able to administer
conscious sedation for outpatient work, as there is no Anesthesia support in the GI unit. GI Techs and RNs
support the physicians during procedures.
