A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is hiring a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its Product and Engineering organizations while driving the long-term technology vision, platform strategy, and product roadmap. This executive leadership role will oversee software development, infrastructure, product management, technical partnerships, and enterprise SaaS platform scalability within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support continued business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

· 10+ years of executive leadership experience overseeing both Product and Engineering organizations

· Extensive experience within healthcare enterprise software environments

· Experience building software solutions for payer and/or provider organizations

· Proven track record scaling engineering and product teams within high-growth technology companies

· Experience managing organizations of 50+ team members

· Strong background in SaaS platform architecture, infrastructure, and enterprise software development

· Experience developing and executing long-term technology and product strategies

· Strong executive communication and presentation skills

· Experience working directly with Boards of Directors, investors, and executive leadership teams

· Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams

· Experience with HIPAA, PHI, and regulated healthcare data environments

Desired Skills & Experience

· Master's degree in a technical or business-related discipline

· Experience within private equity or venture-backed software companies

· Background in interoperability, healthcare integrations, and clinical data acquisition

· Experience leading cloud-native and data-centric platform transformations

· Strong understanding of healthcare technology market trends and competitive landscapes

· Experience managing external technology partnerships and vendor relationships

· Proven success launching innovative healthcare products and platforms

· Experience driving organizational change and scaling processes in rapidly growing businesses
