Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Bilingual skills in Spanish highly preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with basic math and retail math concepts
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is a plus

Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail sales is preferred
- in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with cash register operations
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and maximizing sales through upselling.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong sales mindset, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Bilingual candidates who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish are highly desired.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with diverse customers, assist them in finding the right products and services, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Your ability to upsell products and services will contribute to the success of our store.
Previous experience in wireless sales or retail sales is preferred but not required. We value strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and familiarity with cash register operations.
