About the Role As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll manage your opportunities from initial contact through closing. You'll receive support, training, and a proven sales process while developing your communication, presentation, and closing skills. What You'll Do Conduct sales consultations with prospective customers by phone and video. Build rapport and establish trust through professional, customer-focused conversations. Learn about each customer's needs, goals, and priorities. Explain life insurance and financial protection solutions clearly. Present relevant options and answer customer questions. Address concerns and objections professionally. Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Guide qualified customers through the sales process from consultation to close. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Track your progress and work toward individual performance goals. Participate in coaching and continue developing your sales and product knowledge. Compensation This is a performance-based sales opportunity featuring commissions and potential bonuses. Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $125,000–$240,000 annually , depending on individual performance and sales results. Actual earnings vary based on individual results.
