Internet Sales Specialist

Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000
Rocky Ridge RV is looking for an energetic, motivated Internet Sales Specialist who knows how to connect with customers, build excitement, and turn online inquiries into appointments and sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and online inquiries. · Contact prospective customers for all Rocky Ridge RV locations. · Build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate RV options. · Schedule qualified appointments with the appropriate dealership and sales team. · Follow up consistently with leads throughout the buying process. · Work closely with store sales teams to help move customers toward a purchase. · Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the CRM. · Meet established goals for calls, appointments, show rates, and sales. Qualifications
· Strong phone, written, and customer-service skills. · Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers. · Motivated by goals and performance-based compensation. · Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks. · Sales, call-center, automotive, RV, or customer-service experience is preferred. · Basic computer and CRM experience. · Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
