**Community Support Worker**Located in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, PA *Part Time Flexible Schedules****New Rates!***KenCrest is seeking **Community Support Workers** to play an active and important role in empowering the individuals they support to live independently and participate fully in their communities where they live and work.Our **Community Support Workers** act as advocates, companions, and facilitators while they assist program participants with intellectual disabilities and diverse behavioral and mental health needs with support in their home and community.As a **Community Support Worker,** you will aid with household management, ADL’s, and errands, assist with attending appointments and providing support with self-advocacy, communication and self-expression, work towards achieving their desired goals and outcomes, and other support duties as necessary. **Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent **required*** Valid and Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (**2 years' driving experience** **required)** ***\\*Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence\\***** Minimum two (2) years working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism* Minimum 1-2 years' experience working with individuals with diverse behavioral or mental health diagnoses* Ability to work independently in a home and/or community setting without direct supervision.* Ability to communicate, understand and use technology (eg. iPad), and apply comprehensive organization skills* Ability to pass background checks and drug screening per state requirements* Ability to understand, speak, read, and follow instructions in **English*** Strong communication skills* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds*KenCrest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**IND123* #J-18808-Ljbffr KenCrest
