Minimum Requirements:

• OH Pharmacist License
• At least 1 year of inpatient experience
• EPIC experience required

Assignment Details:

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm.
• On-call after some shifts.
• Occasional Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
• 40 hours per week.
